We strive to provide high-quality culinary courses and ensure customer
satisfaction. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require a
refund. Please review our policy below.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
- Full Refund: If you cancel your enrollment within 7 days of
purchase and have not accessed more than 10% of the course content.
- Partial Refund: If you cancel within 14 days but have
accessed more than 10% of the course materials, a 50% refund may be granted.
- No Refund: After 14 days, no refunds will be issued, except
in cases of extenuating circumstances (medical emergencies, etc.).
3. Refund Process

- Allow up to 10 business days for processing and approval.
